Semi final:

Ashley VS Calvin

 

Game 1:

Both players shuffled and cut each others decks. Calvin starts and draws his cards. Sets one backrow and ends. Ashley draws, Plays foolish and sends Wulf. Attacks sets one backrow and ends. Calvin plays PWWB and sends wulf to the top. Ashley dustshoots lyla. Card of safe return, monster reborn from calvin targeting wulf, draws a card from it and swings direct. Ends. Ashley draws (wulf) He summons Lumina and ponders. Both players discuss lumina whilst people watch. Lumina attacks into wulf and Ashley uses honest. Ashley plays foolish and gets out wulf. Brain control targeting lumina from calvin. He uses lumina’s effect discarding storm to bring back wulf. Plays another card of safe return, tributes lumina for celestia (in german). He blows up wulf and mills four. Swings direct with wulf and celestia. In the end phase calvin uses 2 manticore of  darkness’s effect and loops it 6 times (it was sent by celestia). Ashley Monster reborns (calvins) lumina discards a wulf and brings his own lumina back, ends his turn mills his cards. Calvin summons another celestia and Ashley scoops.

 

Game 2:

Both players side and shuffle their decks in and have some aggressive conversations that seemed like it was going to come to blows. Ashley starts and draws his cards, starts with foolish burial on wulf. Solar recharge discarding ryko, milling lumina and solar recharge. Ashley plays monster reincarnation, discarding necro garnda on lumina . Ashley played COSR, summoned lumina discarding garoth, and bringing it back out. Ashley sets one m/t End phase mills a wulf. Calvin plays heavy storm, sets one monster and ends. Ashley attacks with Wulf into a ryko, calvin targets ashleys other wulf (calvin milled a Manticore) and Ashley attacks direct with garoth and lumina. Calvin plays prem and targets ryko, Ashley DD crows it. Calvin summons card trooper, mills three and attacks garoth but Ashley negates with necro gardna. Ashley discarded a wulf to bring it back but calvin used DD crow. Ashley monster reborns manticore of darkness and calvin scoops.The score is 1-1.

 

Game 3:

Calvin piles shuffles his deck. Saying he’d misplayed in the previous duel. Both players exchange decks for cutting/shuffling. Calvin starts and draws his card. Doesn’t seem happy with his hand though. He summons lumina and ends, in his end phase he mills a wulf. Ashley solar recharges a garoth and mills a wulf from it. Ashley thinks about his plays. Ashley plays COSR, plays another solar recharge discarding a lyla, milling 2 crows. Ashley attacks lumina with wulf. Ashley sets one of each and ends. Calvin tributes his wulf for celestia targeting ashleys two Face downs and ash chains t roar. Calvin ends. Ashleys turn he uses wulf to attack celestia and using honest to beat it. Calvin summons card trooper and mills three and ends. Ashley sets one m/t. plays a second COSR Monster reborn on calvins lumina from Ashley. Discards Mirror to special garoth from lumina, draws 2. Ashley plays foolish on a wulf. Prem targeting lyla. Ashley swings with all but Calvin negates a wulf attack with a Necro garnda. It doesn’t look good for calvin. Calvins turn, solar recharges Wulf, milling a garnda and manticore, he then sets a backrow. Calvin brings out 2 manticore by bringing back the one he milled and discarding one from hand. Ashley torrential tribute’s on Calvins second manticore, calvin brings one back out. Ashleys turn and he drops Judgement dragon using prio, Calvin chains a PWWB. Ashley summons a Lumina, discards a necro gardna to bring back wulf. Calvin scoops.

 

 

Finals:

 

Ashley vs Nick

 

Game 1:

 

Both players from the same team of Team Sparta. Nick pile shuffles his deck, Ashley whole shuffles. Both players then shuffle each others decks and exchange back. Ashley wins the dice roll and goes first. Ashley draws his card and summons Lumina and sets one backrow, mills Ryko, Foolish, Solar Recharge. Nick draws, activates Necrovalley. Summons GK Assailant attempts to hit but is stopped by Mirror Force and Nick ends. Ashley tributes Lumina for a Celestia and destroys Nick’s Necrovalley. Ash mills 1 Lumina, 2 Lyla and a Judgement Dragon. Monster Reincarnation discarding Ehren, to get back Lumina and then Ashley drops two Judgement Dragon, Nick scoops.

 

Game 2:

 

Both players dive into the side deck. Both players shuffle hard and exchange decks to cut/shuffle and exchange back. Ashley sides out 5 cards and Nick does the same. Nick decides to go first and draws his card. He draws 2 Solemn, Reborn, Ciaus, GK Assailant, GK Commandment and uses GK Commandment to get Necrovalley. Nick debates his hand for a while but ends up setting one monster and ends. Ashley draws and his hand is Lumina, Lyla, Solar Recharge, Premature, Foolish and Monster Reincarnation. Ashley uses Solar to discard Lumina, he mills Celestia and Solar Recharge. Ashley uses Foolish Burial to send Wulf, Wulf comes onto the field. Wulf attacks Nick’s face down GK Assailant. Ashley sets one monster and ends. Nick draws and activates Monster Reborn targeting Celestia. He tributes it for Ciaus and targets Ashley’s face down Ryko. He then swings over Wulf with Celestia. Nick then activates Necrovalley, then sets 2 backrow. Ashley draws and summons Lyla, which Nick Solemns. Ashley sets one backrow and ends. Nick draws and breathes hard.  Nick tributes Ciaus for Vanity’s Fiend. Attacks with Vanity’s Fiend, Ashley uses Mirror Force and Nick Solemns. Nick blindly plays Allure and loses his 2 drawn cards, his third Solemn and a Dustshoot. Ashley’s turn and he summons JD but Nick reminds him he can’t special summon. Ashley sets one backrow and ends. Nicks turn and he attacks with Vanity’s Fiend and ends. Ashley sets one backrow and ends. Nick draws and swings with Vanitys Fiend again. Nick then sets a monster. Ashley draws and wonders what to do looking at his two backrow. He summons Garoth and ends. Nick draws his card and wonders what to do looking troubled, probably fearing Honest and Torrential Tribute. Nick ends without attacking out of fear, Ashley sets one backrow and ends. Nick draws and lol’s(literally). Nick has three in hand and Ashley has the same. Nick thinks hard and ends. Ashley sets one backrow and ends. Nick sets two backrow and ends. A set monster from Ashley and then he ends. Pondering his cards Nick wonders what to do. Nick flips up a Light Imprisoning Mirror and theres no response from Ashley. Book of Moon from nick onto Garoth, Nick attacks over the set Garoth and ends. Ashley passes. Nick passes. Ashley wonders whether or not to set another card but doesn’t and ends up passing again. Nick tributes Sangan for Ciaus targeting itself to win the game (Ashley was on 500). Game 2 goes to Nick.

 

Game 3:

 

Time is called. Sudden death is decided, (lowest life points at the end of the turn wins). Ashley starts and sets one of each. Nick does the same, flips Trap Dustshoot when Ashley draws. Ashley flips Necro Garnda and activates Torrential Tribute sending Nick’s GK Spy to grave, before Ashley normal summons Honest and attacks for the win. Game 3 and the tournament go to Ashley.

 

Cen VS. Afon

 

Game 1:

 

Both players shuffle their decks. Cen split shuffles his deck and then pile shuffles. Both players exchange decks and shuffle/cut, before handing them back over. Cen wins the die roll and goes first. Cen plays Solar Recharge, discards Wulf and mills Monster Reborn and Lyla then ends his turn. Afon draws, and plays Allure, and removes Ciaus. He sets two backrow and summons Cyber Valley, before ending. Cen draws, and plays Prem, targeting Lyla. Afon Crow’s Lyla, and Cen follows up by setting one backrow and a face-down defence. Afon draws and ponders his move. He tributes Cyber Valley for Ciaus, and removes Ryko. Afon attacks with Ciaus and runs into Mirror Force. Cen draws and plays Honest, and attacks. Afon plays Scapegoat, and Cen returns Honest to hand and ends. Afon draws and plays another Valley, removing it and a goat to draw two. Afon then plays Limit Reverse and returns Valley, to then remove another goat and it to draw two again. He then plays Destiny Draw discarding Malicious, and uses Monster Reborn on Ciaus. Ciaus attacks and runs into Cen’s PWWB, discarding Celestia, Afon ends. Cen draws and plays Foolish, sending Wulf, and brings it to field. Cen then checks Afon’s grave, before dropping Honest. Afon takes a moment, but doesn’t respond. Cen attacks the remaining goat tokens and ends. Afon draws and looks through his grave, removing Malicious to Special Summon another from deck. He then sacrifices for another Ciaus and attacks direct. Cen draws, sets one backrow and ends. Afon draws and tributes Ciaus for Raiza, sending Cen’s backrow to top of deck. Afon then attacks directly with Raiza and ends. Cen draws, and sets the drawn card down backrow again and a face-down monster before ending. Afon draws and Cen plays Dustshoot, deciding to choose Armageddon back to deck. Afon plays Premature, to pull back Ciaus. Cen scoops. Game 1 goes to Afon.

 

Game 2:

 

Both players look through their side-deck and exchange cards. Both players shuffle their decks and exchange to let their opponent shuffle. Cen goes first and plays a backrow and a face-down monster. Afon draws and plays Allure, removing Crow. He then plays two backrow and drops Valley. Cen goes, and uses Solar Recharge, discarding Garoth and milling Necro and Foolish. He then flips Necro and chains Torrential Tribute, and Afon does not respond. COSR is activated and destroyed by Afon’s Dust Tornado. Cen summons Lumina and calls priority, discarding Judgement and summoning Garoth. Both Lumina and Garoth attack direct. Cen sets one backrow, and then Ryko, Heavy and COSR. Garoth mills Wulf and Pulling Rug, which nets Cen one card. Afon plays Brain on Garoth, tribute for Ciaus, targeted Wulf, Cen played Pulling Rug and Afon chains Solemn. Afon attacks but Cen uses Necro in grave to negate. Cen draws, switches Lumina to defense, before then looking at Afon’s grave. He then discards Crow to get back Garoth in defense and sets one backrow and ends, milling three from Lumina, milling Ehren, Lumina and Foolish, then Garoth being Mirror and Reincarnation. Afon draws, and sacrifices Ciaus for Jinzo. Jinzo then attacks Garoth and Afon ends. Cen looks over his graveyard and ponders, before dropping Judgement Dragon, calling priority. Afon scoops. Game 2 goes to Cen.

 

Game 3:

 

Both players shuffle each others decks. Afon went first and set two backrow and plays Stratos, searching Malicious, before then using D.Draw. Cen draws and plays Lumina, and ends, milling Ehren, Foolish and a Lumina. Afon draws, and removes Malicious to get another from deck. He tributes Malicious for Ciaus, removing Lumina from play, and attacks direct with Stratos and Ciaus. Afon ends. Cen draws, and ponders his move. He then drops Monster Reborn and pulls out Lumina, to be negated by Afon’s D.D Crow. He then sets one backrow and a face-down monster and ends. Afon draws, and sets one backrow, before summoning Valley and using Dust to remove Cen’s Mirror Force. Stratos attacks Lumina, negated by Cen’s Necro Guardna, before Ciaus kills it. Cen draws, sets a monster down in defense and ends. Afon draws and checks his backrow, and uses Stratos to attack his face-down Ryko, which flips and mills Garoth, Honest and Foolish. He then uses Limit Reverse for Malicious, which Cen uses Crow to remove. Afon ends. Cen draws and sets a face-down monster before ending. Afon then uses PWWB to send Necro Guardna of Cen’s to top and attacks with Stratos. Cen draws and sets down Crow. Afon then uses Premature Burial to return Ciaus, and Cen scoops. Game 3 and Round 3 goes to Afon.

Joel VS Dave

 

Game 1:

Dave announces that he’s doing it for the lulz today and Joel replies he can cast a spell. Dave wins the dice roll and announces that he’s going first. Dave draws his card and sets one of each. Joel summons cyber valley and sets a backrow. Dave tributes his goblin zombie for Raiza and gets Mezuki from Goblin Zombie. Raiza declares an attack with no response. Joel summons the valley a second time and ends. Dave announces reigeiki break targeting valley in the end phase discarding mezuki. Dave draws and plays heavy storm, Joel loses his RFTDD. Dave removes mezuki from the graveyard to special summon goblin zombie and attacks with both, joel mills e-con. Dave sets one backrow and ends. Joel scoops from a full tribute hand (a destiny draw). Dave wins round 1.

 

Game 2:

Both players dive into their side decks hoping to get the upper hand over their opponent. Both players seem to have a seizure screaming things of no relevance. Dave pile shuffle Joel’s deck and Joel does the same. Joel goes first and draws his first card, sets two backrow and summons a cyber valley. Dave sets two backrow, then sets a monster and ends. Joel activates FOD in the end phase. Joel sets 2 backrow and tributes a token for Caius. Dave responds with Torrential destroying Ciaus and Dave’s face down Mezuki, Joel ends. Dave summons spirit reaper and declares an attack to have Joel respond with E-con, Dave then ends. Joel activates another FOD in the end phase of Daves turn. Summons Card trooper and mills DAD, Vanitys Fiend and Dark Grepher, Trooper attacks direct and Joel ends. Dave draws and summons his own Card Trooper and mills book of life, zombie master and COSR. Dave declares an attack on Joel’s card trooper and it goes through, Joel draws. Dave then ends. Joel sets one monster and ends. Dave mills 3 with trooper again and hits Il Blud, Goblin Zombie and Ciaus. Dave removes mezuki and special summons Goblin Zombie. Dave tributes Goblin Zombie for Ciaus targeting Joels face down Spirit Reaper. Dave gets another mezuki from Goblin Zombie’s destruction. He attacks with card trooper and ciaus. Dave sets a backrow and ends. Joel flips royal decree in the end phase. Joel asks to look though Daves’s graveyard. Joel takes Dave’s Il Blud from monster reborn. Joel then summons a cyber valley and uses Il Blud to attack over Trooper. He then removes Il Blud and cyber valley to draw two. Joel sets one backrow and ends. Dave summons zombie master and then plays card of safe return. Dave discards Mezuki for Zombie Master and targets zombie master in his grave, Joel chains dd crow. Dave uses Mezukis effect to special summon Spirit reaper and he draws a card. He then attacks with zombie master, reaper and Ciaus. Joel discards disc commander from spirit reaper. Dave then ends. Joel thinks hard about his next move, he flips his face down heavy storm destroying daves solemn, COSR and T Roar. Joel summons Promethius and removes 6 dark monsters to power him up to 3400 attack. Joel ends. Dave activates his in hand brain control and it’s all over for Joel.

 

Dave decides to drop for the lulz. And joel cast a spell on him.

Joel VS Bagshaw

 

Game 1:

 

Both players shuffle and cut each others deck. Joel wins the dice roll and decides to go first. He uses destiny draw on malicious, summons cyber valley and uses machine duplication to special summon 2 more. He removes two to draw two. Joel sets one backrow and ends. Bagshaw draws his card and sets two backrow then ends. Joel removes malicious to special another, Bagshaw flips torrential tribute destroying Joel’s cyber valley and malicious. Joel sets a monster then ends. Bagshaw summons garoth and attacks into a face down sangan. Joel gets trooper from sangan. He ends. Joel sets one backrow and summons trooper, mills 3, dasher, destiny draw and bottomless trap hole. Joel declares an attack and bagshaw responds with PWWB to spin card trooper. Bagshaw draws for his turn and tributes garoth for celestia destroying Joel’s two face down m/t. Joel chains both, a FOD and enemy controller. Bagshaw ends. Joel tributes a token for ciaus and targets celestia and attacks direct with ciaus. He ends. Bagshaw activates prem targeting lumina and joel chains crow removing it. He sets one monster and ends. Joel draws and summons card trooper milling 3, brain, disc commander and heavy storm. Trooper attqcks his face down ryko and ryko destroys ciaus bagshaw mills a wulf from ryko. He ends.  Bagshaw attacks over trooper with wulf and ends. Joel plays reborn targeting disc and bagshaw chains dd crow. He sets one backrow and ends. Bagshaw attacks with wulf and joel activates mirror force. Bagshaw summons lyla and joel chains TT. Joel draws and sets one backrow, he ends. Bagshaw summons lyla and passes prio, he attacks and joel activates FOD. Bagshaw attacks a token. Joel tributes a token for ciaus and targets lyla, he then attacks direct. Bagshaw draws and looks through joels grave then ends. Joel draws and activates allure, removing ciaus. Joel summons Promethius and removes 5 dark monsters powering him up to 2000, joel has 3 darks left in grave and drops DAD, bagshaw scoops.

 

Game 2:

 

Both players side deck, bagshaw pile shuffles his deck and hands it over to joel to be cut/shuffled. Bagshaw decides to go first, he activates foolish burial sending wulf, wulf is SS’ed to the field. He sets one backrow and ends. Joel draws and sets one monster and one m/t. Bagshaw activates PWWB in the end phase spinning joels backrow. Bagshaw tributes wulf for celestia destroying joels face down spirit reaper, celestia milled a wulf. Bagshaw attacks with both. And ends. Joel sets one backrow and ends. Bagshaw declares an attack an joel flips FOD on the second attack. Joel tributes his last token for ciaus and bagshaw chains shadow imprisoning mirror. Joel SS’s dark grepher by pitching dasher. He then drops DAD. He uses ciaus and grepher to destroy his two monsters and attacks direct with DAD, he then ends. Bagshaw draws and activates COSR, then foolish sending wulf, bag draws one card. He triobutes wulf for celestia and destroys DAD and ciaus with it, then attacks over grepher. Joel then scoops when he draws a malicious.

Both players shuffle their decks and exchange for cutting and shuffling. Joel goes first and draws his first card. He sets two backrow and ends. Bagshaw sets one monster and two m/t. Joel sets a m/t and ends. Bagshaw flips ryko and targets one of joels backrow, he chains it, e con. Bagshaw sets another monster and ends. Joel sets a backrow and ends. Bag flips his sendonc ryko and targets one of joels backrow, joel chains TT. Bagshaw activates pot of avarice. Then ends. Joel activates DDRAW and sends dasher to the grave. He sets another backrow and ends. Bagshaw activates solar recharge sending lyla. Bagshaw summons a lyla and joel activates bottomless. He sets another backrow and ends. Joel sets a backrow and ends. Bagshaw sets a mon and ends. Joel passes, bagshaw flips his face down ryko and hits joels face down royal decree. He tributes ryko for celestia which destroys joels face down FOD, to which he chains and milled a wulf. Bag activates COSR and plays foolish burial to send a wulf, then ends. Joel activates storm and backshaw loses TT, PWWB, COSR and shadow imprisoning mirror. Joel sets a monster and ends. Bagshaw attacks with a wulf, its spirit reaper, he then sets a monster and ends. Joel tributes his reaper for ciaus, bagshaw activates shadow imprisoning mirror. Joel runs over celestia. Sets one backrow and ends. Bagshaw tributes his face down for a celestia targeting joels ciaus and backrow and attacked for game.

Bagshaw VS Alex

 

Game 1:

 

Alex starts and sets a monster and m/t. Bagshaw actives solar recharge pitching wulf. Summons Lyla taking priority to change it to defence and destroy a m/t, Alex chains Bottomless Trap Hole and Lyla gets removed. He sets an M/T and ends. Alex activates MST and destroys Bagshaw’s COSR. Flips Deko and draws a card, Sets an m/t and attacks. Bagshaw sets a monster and ends, Alex attacks into it, its Necro Gardna. Bagshaw sets an m/t. Alex attacks and sets an m/t. Bagshaw activates COSR and plays foolish burial sending Wulf. Alex activates DD crow on Wulf. Alex summons cyber phoenix and attacks with both. Bagshaw draws and sets an m/t. Alex attacks with both and Bagshaw Necro Gardna’s Dekochi’s attack. Bagshaw draws and thinks. He activates COSR and then foolish burial targeting Wulf, Alex chains DD crow on Wulf. Bagshaw scooped.

 

Game 2:

 

Bagshaw pile shuffles 8 stacks. Alex shuffles regularly. Neither player side decked. Bagshaw goes first and draws his card. He summons Lumina and sets a backrow, mills Solar Recharge x2 and Ehren. Alex Sprecial summons cyber and tributes it for Caius targeting Lumina. Bagshaw PWWB’s Caius ditching gardna. Bagshaw sets one monster and ends. Alex special summons Cyber Dragon and declares an attack into a Necro Gardna. Alex sets a monster and ends. Bagshaw sets an M/T and ends. Alex flips dekochi and draws a card. He attacks with both. Bagshaw activates COSR and plays foolish burial sending Wulf. It’s Special Summoned and Bagshaw draws one card. It attacks over Dekochi and he ends. Alex draws and tributes cyber for ciaus targeting wulf. Bagshaw again pwwbs ciaus ditching a Wulf. Bagshaw draws and sets a mon. Alex summons Cyber Phoenix and attacks into a face down Necro Gardna. He ends. Bagshaw summons a Lumina ditching a wulf to get back the wulf, he draws a card. He attacks only to run into Mirror Force. Alex tributes Cyber Phoenix for Ciaus removing Gardna. He attacks direct and ends. Bagshaw sets an M/T. Bagshaw ends in a very bad position. Caius attacks and Bagshaw removes a Gardna to negate it, he then ends. Bag summons Lyla and activates Lyla’s effect hitting Torrential Tribute. He milled COSR, Ryko and Lyla in the end phase. Alex summons Sangan and attacks over Lyla with it and direct with Caius for game, but Bagshaw removes a Necro Gardna to negate the attack. Bagshaw summons a Lyla and kills Sangan. Bagshaw milled Torrential T, Necro Gardna and Brain control. Alex tributes Caius for Raiza targeting Lyla. He then attacks for game. The world then ends.
